Introduction
On a trip to Bangalore, I drove down to Mysore to see the Palace. Well worth the trip. We also visited a wonderful temple on the top of a hill overlooking the Palace, ate at a smaller palace that is now a hotel, and visited the site of a major British victory over the Sultan Tipu and the French.
